beedub Posted June 12, 2012 Author Share Posted June 12, 2012 Ok, so I made Chicken in cream and stuffed eggplant on Sunday. The Chicken was very good, and the eggplant dish was OK. I think I am going to modify the eggplant dish next time with more of the flavors I like with eggplant. I will post the recipe if it is any good. I don't think I should post the recipes from the book, I don't want the me or FA to get in trouble with the copyright people. I will post the dishes I create on my own.
