I really don't think he could catch a thief if the theif knew how to run. Also I am pretty sure I could make a scouter that can go faster than his.

 

I need that "lock thing" from picture #2, maybe multiple, it would come in quiet handy.

 

The third picture is just a fail. There is so many similar picture out there that also have the same "fail". Guess stupid people don't learn from others mistakes. Even if they are doing the exact same thing. <_<
