Guns are fun. Just because you own one doesn't mean your a violent person. Too bad so many people think the two go hand-in-hand. Mine will never be used to harm anyone that is not trying to harm me or my family.

Well said.

 

You can say the same about anything.

 

Cars, for example. People kill and hurt other people getting drunk, then driving while intoxicated.

 

I own a car... but it doesn't mean I drive drunk.... People just assume things.
