For me, it's not logic than the rifle nade can die by the rifle nade, same for panzer, mortar, grenade, poison gas, satchel, etc. But not the flamer (when no friendly fire on) What do you think? Thanks. P.S. Sorry for my english. With friendly fire enabled, you can burn yourself by running in your own flames. It's the case in our hardcore server, where FF is enabled. Now, according to what I understood, =F|A= won't enable friendly fire in the other servers. However you can burn yourself in other servers (at least, it's the case in NoQ, I suppose it's the same thing in other servers where FF is disabled) by aiming your own feet and shoot with the flamethrower. It's the only way. Imo that's better like that, with FF the flamethrower is unusable, whereas panzer, rifle, mortar are perfectly usable with or without, but that's my opinion Quote
charbladex Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 You can hurt yourself with the flamethrower, w/or w/out friendly fire on; like Kat0n said you just aim at your feet and fire, or aim at a wall you're standing next to and if you're the right distance it'll hit you back. Duke Nukem Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 if the flamer could burn itself by walking into the flame. Some servers have the ff off but the engineer will set off his own mines. Why can the flamer run through fire and not get burned? Quote
