But rooted the phone and now it tethers great. Achiyan Posted April 18, 2012 Author Share Posted April 18, 2012 yeah, i thought about rooting. i had just tried basic USB tethering with an app from Market...it sucked. im assuming it was limited due to the severe restrictions Sprint has with that. maybe i'll try to root. i can still keep my service after rooting and customs ROMS and all of that right? Krayzie Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 Yes, you will still be able to keep services. Once rooted you can install any custom ROM that you wish.
