The program in its entirety was broadcast on Channel 4 some years ago. It's quite old.

 

Personally, from my point of view, Shark fin on its own tastes of nothing, and frankly it should do.

 

However, its the recipes that they cook it in that makes it much more delicate and tasty, although if there was a cheaper, replicate of the real thing that was actually true to its texture and didn't just taste like broken vermicelli, then I would be much more inclined to go for that instead.

 

Anyways, shark meat is fine in my book as long as you eat the whole thing and not just the fin.
