Broccolli cheese casserole:

 

Don't knock it til you try it.

1 block velveta cheese

2 packages chopped frozen broccolli

2 packages success rice (boil in bag kind)

 

Defrost the broccolli. Set to the side. Boil the rice. Put in a big mixing bowl. Mix in the broccolli. Melt the entire block of velveeta cheese slowly over a simmering stove. when completely melted, mix with the broccolli rice mix thoroughly in a 13x9 ceramic cookware. When mixed thoroughly, place in a pre-heated oven of 350 for 15 minutes or until the top of the mixture is nice and golden brown. Serves about eight people.

 

Once you try it, you'll take this to all your parties.
