Aye, that's why many religious and/or spiritual people in germany started a campaign to get the Swastika of the ban list. There were cases on trial for punks and anti-fascist people for wearing patches and buttons with crossed Swastikas on it to show they're against Nazis and fascists. As stated in the article you're forbidden to show any Nazi related signs in public in germany. Quote
