docfr8 Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 1993 Suzuki Intruder 800VLS I purchased this bike for $200 from one of my former roommates. It originally had 20K on it.. With motorcycles.. if its water cooled.. Life of the engine is so much longer.. Second to that, its metric!!! This bike is sitting in a garage and I need to get back on it. When I took these pictures, it was sitting outside under a tarp... Quote
KevinBacon Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 I miss this faggit... It was only a 500, 1981 Honda CX model, and my first bike. But I loved the feeling of the wind in my face And I joined the 120+ club with it. I need another bike.... Picked it up for 500 bucks, 1 dollar for every cubic centimeter. Inexplicably, the guy I sold it to before I moved to Oregon turned it into a chopper. Extended the forks and put ape-hangers on it. Why you would do that to a 500 cc I have no idea... I was just happy that it was still running though... Quote
docfr8 Posted November 9, 2011 Author Posted November 9, 2011 I feel you KB.. Riding MC's are a totally legit and fun way to enjoy the road and see things from a different perspective!!! Quote

Double Aids Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Awesome, I love me bikes 1997 Triumph Trophy 1200 4 cylinder - main bike, about 24,000 miles a year. 1981 Honda CB750F. 1994 Suzuki GS500E EVERYONE HAS AIDS, AIDS AIDS AIDS AIDS!!!! 1994 Triumph Triple Custom (My university project - My degree was Motorcycle Engineering) My student house at University, we had a lot of bikes. In this shot there is... Triumph Trophy 1200, Triumph triple custom, Sachs Roadster 125, 2 x RD350 LC YPVS, a CX500 (but under a blanket) and Suzuki GSXR 750. And behind the Suzuki I can just make out the rolling chassis of a Honda CB500 - fitted with a CBR600 front end, it ended up being a twin turbo highly tuned machine, my friend proclaims the fastest CB500 in the world. It is pretty quick. EVERYONE HAS AIDS, AIDS AIDS AIDS AIDS!!!! 1980 Honda CM250T Superdream Custom I know I seem like a hoarder and perhaps I am. VanDuyvesteijn Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 This is not actually a picture of my motorbike but it is exactly the same type and colour haha. I am looking for a Ducati monster, does somebody have any experience with that one yet? Quote
