These guys are called Gaki no Tsukai (Downtown). I seen these three out of their whole series of tv shows. First two are long lol, but hilarious, so if you have time to spare, watch them :D Just click on the next video. I'm currently watching their No laughing "High School" one ;)

i watch silent library, its hilarious.

 

i luv these little japanese shows that shows nudity lmao, once in this entertainment variety show, they attached ropes to the end of the girls bikinis and had a tug of war.

 

yeah, it showed everything ^_^

I remember seeing the U.S. silent library one on MTV. Didn't watch it though. I'm not sure if it's as funny as the original Gaki no Tsukai one.
