Looks good for us! (Australia) :)

We should hopefully breeze through and make the finals...... The question is who will win. The only teams to win since the world cup started are Australia, New Zealand, England and South Africa????? I would say it would have to be one of those :)

I think the winner will be a team from southern Hemisphere (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, ...)

It will be difficult for europeans teams. But we never know... And i still support France :P

Argentina can be the surprise. I mean, this is a good team, no doubt, but i see them in semi-finals, maybe more.

For the opening game, New Zealand beat Tonga 41-10.

All results, day by day, in first post.

I'd love if Ireland had a decent enough world cup. They have the talent to go far, but lately they've tried tactics in their last 5/6 matches hence why they lost all :D I can't wait to see Wales vs South Africa, Ireland vs Australia and France vs New Zealand in the first few games :D It'll sure be a close world cup and enjoyable for all!

Well, France beat Japan, but it was a pitty game for France. And it seems that we lost David Skrela for injury :/ (one of our best player).

Argentina - England was great, unless both fly-half were not in a good day. It was a very closed game.

First post updated ;)

Well, i feel "forever alone" on this topic :lol

Today, we had some very great games.

South Africa - Wales was very closed and Wales almost made the surprise.

Easy game for Australia, nothing special to say.

But the team of the day, imho, was the United States. They lost, but they played until the last second with bravery and fighting spirit. The end was epic.

I guess it was a special day for them...

First post updated ! ;)

Romania v Scotland was a great match! Who would have thought that Romania would be beating them at one point? I watched a bit of Ireland vs USA - not the best performance from the Irishmen, but we still got a win so I'm happy. The real test is on Saturday against Australia, which I know we'll lose but I'll enjoy the match anyway.

This weekend's fixtures will be a big decider of who'll go through and who won't imo

I think that Panini and all Ireland must be on fire ! Australia has been drowned by a strong Irish team.

Ireland beat Australia 15 - 6 and this is the first surprise of the tournament.

Others results in first post.

Oh my god! What a match :D I still can't believe it.. It shows how they've answered some critics and considering their bad performances coming up to the start of the RWC I think the changing in tactics helped a lot! Well done lads, you've made the whole country proud!
