I need to change my xfire name that it says on my accont. i thought it was my EF username with i was new. lol. but now that i've downloaded xfire it had already been taken. Also when i tryed to make an accont of bobmarley162 it said by my name this:We're sorry, but based on the information you have provided you are ineligible to register.

need help please :help:help:help

Did you tried to ask xfire support team on their forums?

Maybe you're too young to use Xfire, haha.

Maybe you didn't fill out all fields of info required aswell.
