Sorry, I barely read the chat when I'm playing; I only glance at it if something humorous happens--or nothing is happening at all. I usually respond to PMs if I hear the beep over hitsounds/music, though. I'm really single-minded.

Yes it does, you are required to upload an image from one of our servers in order to participate.
