I have 80 min. long track and i would like to cut out best parts of it,any idea what program could i use for this(freeware if possible,please)?

Audacity is easy enough to use, and it's free. It's what I use if all I want to do is cut up one long jam session track or something into shorter individual tracks

Yes, Audacity is one of more popular programs. Try with that.

 

You can also check ACID Pro. It's really good, advanced, developed program to edit, compose, recording and producing music.
