I think its related to people with Epilepsy and or Schizophrenia. I had a friend who was Epileptic and would go into sudden random seizures and all of a sudden talk about random crazy things while he was actually in seizure, he looked possessed really. He never knew anything that he had said ever. Complete blank. He would talk about war and running inside a house while shaking on the ground, and other random things.

Goat, that does make some sense. I had a friend who was a bit schizo, and when he would forget to take his meds, he would roll his eyes back in his head like he had something enter his brain, and start spouting nonsense for minutes not realizing what he had said. This one time, my friends and I were hanging out with him, and he fell into such a seizure and we weren't so sure to drop a pen across his mouth. When my friend approached him to put it in his mouth, he was aware of what we were trying to do I think because he started spouting "NO NO, the PEN is mightier than the SWORD! NO NO! SWOOORD! Praise the PEN! NO No," and he looked possessed by the pen! Fortunately, he fell out of his seizure/trance and minutes later and was fine. :confused

I know its not suppose to be funny, but wow that cracked me up :D lol . Ya sadly I would almost always hold in my laughter when my friend went into seizure  because of how random it is. Hope they find a cure for these sicknesses.
