Just FYI. The pre-order packs are selling for pretty good money on eBay. I got a bite on a $24.98 sale for my psycho pack.

crap!! how did you do that? I didn't receive anything from Steam when I bought my game....

I did the d2d deal and they sent the code separate. Knowing steam it was already attached to your account. :(
