Banned but i've been on holidays :S?

I attempted to join the server this morning and it said //puNk banned for 99 days and 30 minutes reason: being a child. (or words to that effect, can't remmeber) but i've been on holidays for the past week, unless my brother has been online, which i doubt it. How can i fix this?
