Spitfire
So,first i must say i don,t know almost nothing about those CFG-s so i wanted to ask how to create some good CFG for a crappy PC(is it even possible for a bad PC? ) and if it,s done how can i put it on my ET ?One more thing,if i change something(example:esc->options)during the game when i have loaded my CFG will that turn it off? Thanks in advance: Spit
Pepperonipizza
Request your cfg here: http://fearless-assassins.com/topic/2271-official-autoexeccfg-config-request/
Jaaa!&
Few Things: Define Crappy PC, give some specs and ill make one for you that should increase FPS Throughtput and decrease Lag. Include location in that little summary please. Placing your CFG: It goes inside your EtMain folder, there you can /exec autoexec and it would will run everything that you have set up Editing in Options: Everything will stay the same, until you re exec your cfg. So when wanting to make changes right it down so you can remember to put it in your CFG. Few Rules (Jaaa's Rules): 1. Keep it organized. Don't mix up commands, keep them in there little own section. Ill post an example when i get home, which will be in about 2 hours on what i mean. 2. If you don't know what something is, then right a little note. No it doesn't have to be on a piece of paper, one can do it in the CFG. Again, Examples in 2 hours 3. Don't have more than two cfg's inside your etmain folder, sometimes this can cause problems 4. Make sure to check your binds when doing anything really, double binds might cause the cfg to fail entirly 5. Are CFG's for you? Test some out, its the best way to figure out whether one works for you or not. There are some member's examples posted on the forums, have a look. 6. Again, Keep it organized, Will save you a heela lotta time when trying to tweak some stuff.
