how to disable gun flashes

i remember it was once possible to disable all the gun flashes and some other explosion flashes (for example from air strike).

does someone remember the command i need to type to disable these flashes.

I'm not sure of the command, but by going into settings you can disable muzzleflash, particles, explosions, etc to help speed up your gaming.

to disable those explosion flashes from airstrikes do /cg_wolfparticles 0

for muzzle flash, blood flash, etc

go on options -> game or view, they should be under there.

/cg_wolfparticles 0 -> disables explosion effects (grenade, airstrike and arty explosions, removes smoke from vehicles but not cvops smoke)

/cg_muzzleflash 0 -> disables the muzzle flash of your own gun, you can't turn other people's muzzle flashes off

Is it possible to just lower flashes of your gun? I mean i.e on NQ mod. Some months ago, before i lost my past cfg, i could see flashes from my gun lower than now but don't remember how. :/
