I can't understand him D: What is he saying when he hits it??

He was expressing his machismo by listing his conquests and duties over a period of several years. He then flatly states that the corner he currently occupied was owned by him and would not be taken by anyone else. He also expressed his desire to show his level of freedom to do what ever he had the mind to do by proceeding to thrash a vehicle with a metal pipe.
