And guided panzer without cam would be complete useless.

 

Forcing the shooter to stay in visibility range of the missile would actually be quite interesting

Would also require him to move while shooting. Very hard to do.

there should be a mortar cam i played with it looooong time ago its way better and never gaved me any lagg.

Agree, i don't know how people came by the lag from the mortar cam.

Well a mortar goes up high in the map, and when you're in this 'cam' you view most of the map in a birds eye view, which takes a lot of internet or whatever compared to shooting the panzer on the ground.

 

But still dunno how it can 2 "massive" lag.

It doesn't cause lag for the client, but it causes lag for the entire server. Dare explained it to me. Forgot all the technical terms he used, but that's basically what he said.
