I believe that we had a list of basic info that needed to be posted with every map request. For instance...map size, map objectives, etc... and even post a link to the map download site so that other forum users can go read about it and see what they think. Dare had a post regarding this a year ago so its still here somewhere. I do like the youtube link though--thats cool.
