I live in Minnesota, this is old news, think 2007. If a driver refuses a fare due to alcohol or a dog, his simply moves to the back of the line. If they refuse again, they can get their license suspended. I live less than a mile from a large Somali population and have had no issues at all. Don't worry FOX News MN is not under Sharia Law, but thanks for your concern.
