GraveDigger Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 Civil unrest in Yemen. Wow. Seems a trend has begun. Quote
ajnl Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 time to do this in the us lol what could you possibly have to complain about in the USA? Quote
RoosterCogburn Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 lol what could you possibly have to complain about in the USA? High gas prices. Quote
PHANTASM Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 time to do this in the us That's why we have elections. So we don't have to wait until things get terrible before we can get new leaders. Relax. Obummer has been neutered by the neocon Republican majority in the House of Representatives. Gridlock is good. Quote
*Touter Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 Gridlock is good. I guess it's good when you have a government. Belgium has been without one for almost a year now Democracy only works if the leaders take their responsibility and govern... Quote
ajnl Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 High gas prices. LOL, high gas prices? wow.. maybe you should live in Europe or other parts of the world, before you complain about high gas prices. Quote
NoGooD Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 LOL, high gas prices? wow.. maybe you should live in Europe or other parts of the world, before you complain about high gas prices. Yeah, have to agree here. Gas in the US is still fairly cheap in comparison. Idiotic, selfish d-bag politicians on the other hand.....now we have a few things to complain about there. Otherwise we have it fairly well. It's interesting to see the things people will complain about. Seems like the better they have it, the more people complain. Think about the people in places like Haiti that are happy as hell just to get clean drinkin water. Quote
RoosterCogburn Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 Also, the price of a gallon of milk. Quote
Pici Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 Relax. Obummer has been neutered by the neocon Republican majority in the House of Representatives. Gridlock is good. Don't get your hopes up. All of these new guys are eggs ready to be to be brought into the basket, by the pros. They have filled their congressional seats with die hard TeaParty "small gov't" Republicans who are in conflict with traditional Republicans who are in fact big gov't people but insist they're small gov't people. Just when I thought all of them were working together to undermine our Constitution, looks like the Tea Party still has a distinct voice! In the other hand, they want to rule America by rule of law subversion. But Egypt is waking up Americans, watching these people fight for their freedom is so inspiring. Freedom is in the air! Quote
RoosterCogburn Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 Protesting in Iran and Bahrain now. Is it really so bad in the middle east? Quote
Amu Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 The middle east was always a bad area. Corruption, crime, dictation ...... Now it's the time for Revolution ^^ Quote
*Touter Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 Good thing is that these are social revolutions coming from the people. Not from some sort of religious or fundamentalistic pseudo-leadership. I think this is positive for us too ; time to question our own freedom or the limits of it. Quote
