ET Jay #1 Good admin on server

Well, I'm here to suggest a topic where we can discuss the good things admins have done (to contrast with admin abuse). Obviously, we know that this work belongs to the admins, but often they aren't on the server to see what's being done, and they end up "relying" on what other, lower-level admins say.

 

Some might say, "That's the admins' job," so nobody here wants to take anyone else's work away. I simply think it's fair that all admins can "lean" on each other for support.

 

So how can we help? Well, I've been observing some admins on Jay1 and how they operate, and I've really liked some of them, especially in something as important as evening the teams.

 

If you keep this help open, perhaps you could set a minimum level requirement for people to comment here (maybe the player must be level 2 or higher), so you can see that the help is real and credible, and makes sense to consider (I imagine demos or screenshots could also be used).

 

Now I wanted to share my top 4 best admins I've seen on the server recently:

 

Elso: I found his ability to balance teams incredibly good. You can always see him checking the /scores and shifting towards the weaker side (since he's very skilled). He really does a great job in this area.

 

Schwens: He has similar characteristics to Elso, a very willingness to balance teams and great skill. You can see him checking /scores as well, and he shifts towards the weaker team when there's a significant difference in the /scores.

 

Captn: It's clear he has a great desire to balance the teams. He may have been an admin here longer than the other two and not have their skill set, but he does a very good job.

 

Indian: It's clear he has a great desire to balance the teams. He may have been an admin here longer than the other two and not have Elso and Schwens' skill set either, but he does a very good job.

 

I know many admins do great work too. Perhaps this can be updated gradually, and we can talk about other good actions by other admins.

 

PS: Again, this is based on the last few weeks, maybe months. I've played a lot in Beg2, NQ1, and Silent, and I know there are some great admins as well.
