Hey, Butters, I found a source for your avatar, which I first took for a guitar-producing gnome or something!

The poster "HILTON MTANDA, MFMH, MHM, FACMHN, FABAA, FAPBSA" must know what he is talking about, what with all those What The Hell those certifications are.  Just searching for two of them led me down Google rabbit holes! 😮 

 

OKAY, I did find one "Master of Forensic Mental Health (MFMH)"  :hmm 

 

MHM might be "Master of Health Management ", or it could be "Mobile Hydraulic Mechanic".  Dammit Google, I was just searching for an image-source and you sent me following rabbit turds down a hole!   Actually, that LinkedIn is probably not the first source.  💤

 

Okay, "DreamsTime" might be the source, with the description as "A Brown Noser Urban Fairy creature with poop dripping..."
