Hello everyone, recently I have a problem, when there is 20vs20 or more on the server I start to have terrible lag.It started 2 weeks ago, before everything was ok.I'm anticipating the question, I've tried basic techniques, they don't work, I play on wifi but via cable it's even worse, anyone have any advice please?

The speedtest shows good idle latency, but very high download latency (188 msec on average).

Do some ping tests (either by using the command line in Windows or by using a program like Ping Plotter) to different targents at different times of day.

If you get results with high or fluctuating latency, first make sure that your home network is working properly. You can do this by pinging your own router. With a wired connection the latency should be below 5 msec, with a WiFi connection under 20 msec. WiFi adds some latency compared to a wired connection, but a properly working WiFi connection adds at worst 15 msec and some more fluctuation to your latency, that means cannot cause the lag issues you have. If you get high latency and dropped packets when pinging your router, try changing your WiFi frequency to a less populated channel, or switch to a wired connection.

If the latency inside of your home network is fine, the issue lies with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and you will have to contact them.
