Please, put some description what is special about your config, as most people are unwilling to load random configs, thanks!

@w4daw thx mate, that's greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply, i am myself not so much into cfg and game tweaking, but if other players are asking you about it, that's a nice sharing from you as one of our top shots on Jay 1 👍 A good way to keep the good spirit on ++

@w4daw, what does your movement script do?

// movement script //
set forwardon "-back;+forward;set forwarding +forward"
set forwardoff "-forward;vstr backing;set forwarding set cl_noTaunt 0"
set backon "-forward;+back;set backing +back"
set backoff "-back;vstr forwarding;set backing set cl_noTaunt 0"
set movelefton "-moveright;+moveleft;set lefting +moveleft"
set moveleftoff "-moveleft;vstr righting;set lefting set cl_noTaunt 0"
set moverighton "-moveleft;+moveright;set righting +moveright"
set moverightoff "-moveright;vstr lefting;set righting set cl_noTaunt 0"

bind w                    +vstr forwardon forwardoff
bind a                    +vstr movelefton moveleftoff
bind s                    +vstr backon backoff
bind d                    +vstr moverighton moverightoff

When you press left and then right, you stop until you've released the left button. Same goes for back and forward and vice versa. This script cancels the null movement and you change directions immediately. Some keyboards like RAZR and Wooting have this built into the software as Snap Tap or SOCD.

@TulsaGeoff,

Thank you for the explanation. That makes for an interesting strafe. It's almost like a spread reset (probably a bad description). Maybe similar to stopping to shoot in CS. Idk how to describe it.

NP! Found that response from someone else's ask on here about d1m's config. I've seen other use it as well.  I don't use it nor did I know until you asked lol. I do have a Wooting KB arriving tomorrow and some Valve games ban the functionality.

I can't understand how u ppl can play with all those bright textures. What's the advantage?

It looks nice, obviously.

Not everyone is playing pubs like they're in a ESL LAN!

Some of us just want to enjoy every bit of the game

Oh, ok. Bright white textures. I thought it was for gaining some advantages in spotting enemies. So, it's just enjoying every bit of the game. Thx for the answer.
