i have still drop of fps

I have made new instalation of win11 and it do nothing to drop of fps and ping high in intervals which cause net diffculties.  Something interferer with gpu. I don't know what. Do you know how to force et app  to begin with 1 cpu core, maybe  thats is the problem. In win 10 i knew how to force it. In win 11 idont know how to do it.

you use nvidia graphics card?

In the settings of nvidia you can do application settings that will only apply depending on the program you run. There you can set how many cpus you want the program to run, you can alos change alot of other stuff.

Lately myself, I've been playing around with nvidia image scaling to get a stable fps when the servers are full. Working pretty well so far. Some guides about it on the internet.

ET will always only use one 1 core no matter what settings you use. So I wouldn't worry about that. I recommend you to go back to win10. My laptop auto-updated to win 11 few months ago and it was complete trash. Windows defender and some other apps kept using  70% of my CPU all the time and my laptop was super slow. I don't recommend win11 at all. Once I went back to win10 everything was fine again.

Still got win 11 but i went hard way and clean laptop and changed thermal paste. Results are fine.  Win 10 and i see that defender impact in ram usage. BTW steam app has also hifh usage of ram in win 11.

In win 10 i used to choose to run in 1 core. In win 11 i don't give a think, its trouble making system. How to switch off windows defender features thtat's a problem. I  clean up laptop and change thermal paste on gpu and core. I t goeas good and I have discent fps in et. BTW change to win 10 seems legit, cuz in win 11 defender craps gaming  and ram usage,cause problems nor gpu works. I have fresz boot flash usb  memory with win 10 ready. 

However I noticed that Win 11 domesticly  is using high ram memory, but I did cleaning and it goes right in some way, but new problem arise:

I can gaming with et legacy with no problem, but when I want play et 2.60b, it starts but whan i willing to join fa recruting console shows problems. with conection.
