This might be a more appropriate site for this situation, the "Internet Weather" site.  https://www.internetweathermap.com/map  I had forgotten about it! 😮 

 

It currently says, " There are no warning lines to display on the chart at this time. All 12,290 traces are reporting normal latency."  ,

 

                    and " 11,730 connections normal, 0 cities/towns in warning, and 0 in critical states as of Mar 6th, 06:51am UTC" .

 

 

BTW, Cable TV News here in the USA reported that at 10 a.m. EST (1500 GMT), Facebook, Instagram and other sites in the META system were down for two hours around the world.
