Hmm. very weird. you previously said you did this already and it wasn't in the file.

 

Anyhow, if you have any autoexec.cfg file in etmain. Put there that seta s_initsound "1". If you don't have, then make one and just put that line in there 😅 Or if the /snd_restart was the fix, just do autoexec.cfg with /snd_restart so you dont need to manually write that all the time
