Hello,

The last 10 years my screenshots have always been in jpeg format. Suddenly it have changed to tga format.

Even when specifying in config with

seta cg_useScreenshotJPEG

it still takes a screenshit in tga format.

Both my Jaymod and ETmain profiles / etconfigs show

     seta cg_useScreenshotJPEG "1"

The only time I get SS's in TGA format is when I try to get a screenshot after I have started ET but before I have joined a server. ( :hmm that is interesting, even though I have the 'correct setting' in etmain? )

I wonder if an autoexec file is overriding those settings?

You can search your etcongs and autoexecs for "JPEG" and see if another 'seta' somewhere is changing it back to 0 .  :hmm

OH!  What ET version are you using, 2.6b or ETLegacy?

ADDED:  when I /disconnect from a server, my screenshots are in TGA, even though I have that JPEG setting in etmain/etconfig

// after /disconnect from a jaymod server

]/screenshot
Wrote screenshots/shot0001.tga // = 3,001 kb

// TAB key search
]\screenshot
  screenshot
  screenshotJPEG

]\screenshotjpeg
Wrote screenshots/shot0004.jpg  // = 187kb

My etmain / etconfig does have "bind F11 "autoscreenshot", but that is an unknown command in etmain.
