Is this what you see when you try to see the ET server browser?

With all those blank lines in the display?   It may be that your company has filters to block access to known gaming IPs, such as the ET-browser server.  :hmm

Looking at it again, it looks like you did not get results from the ID Master Server.

You could try connecting directly to ET servers, such as Jay#1, by entering in the console:

/connect jay1.clan-fa.com

Your company's network may be blocking the access.

The screens that you can see are produced by your ET client.  That "Awaiting Client ...10" is also from your client.

It made no connection to etmaster or to Jay1.  I doubt that the etmaster server blocks vpn/proxies, so it looks more like the blockage is within your local company network.

I had a similar experience when I wanted to enter Beginers 2. I couldn't log in only to beg2, the other servers were working. Resetting Wi-Fi and restarting the computer helped me. :)

On my job i need to use VPN but with this vpn is not possible to take connection on the server

As my head hit my pillow last night, I realized the mistake I had been making here.  I went "down the rabbit hole" while I had forgotten a piece of evidence that I already had.

If you try to use a VPN/Proxy to access an FA ET server and that VPN-IP is on the blocked-proxy-list, then the server will send you the notice below.

Proxy-banned-message@silent1231113.jpg.0bfa1a66d6bbc21cc2d7afba4a1733d8.jpg

YOU are not actually "banned", but your proxy-IP is.  Follow the "Disable and rejoin server" instructions.

@b0unty did not receive this message, so that means that his VPN was not blocked by the server.  This is more evidence that your company's network is blocking the connection.
