This gave me a real "WTF?"  I first thought they were Chinese soldiers until I noticed the AKs.

 

Further investigation finds sites that claim they are part of the "Indian Police Force Motorcycle Team".

 

Here is the Womens team, "during the Republic Day parade in New Delhi on January 26, 2020."  That is SIX of them on there!  They outnumbered the mens team above.
