Good day for every-one! 

Another one technical question, its about binding sounds and melody cuts.

As I understand sounds in the game has extention like .rog or something like that. Are there any fast ways to convert sounds from mp3 or AAC  and insert it a game?

If they are then could some one tell me how?

And another question may be there is some dump of sounds? (like ringtone site)
