rogue1 Posted October 12, 2010 Author Share Posted October 12, 2010 yes..on the Mississippi river just north of lock 1 ......about 2 miles down stream from down town Minneapolis. We were not able to reach down town because of the hour wait at the lock , seems like commercial traffic is more important than a bunch of joy riding sight seers.
