FunkybananA
Yo! Just took a look at my xfire profile and noticed this sentence "this user has not played any games on xfire." Eventhough i've played alot of ET in the past few days, it doesn't show that I had? Why is that. Do I need to change some settings in Xfire to make it work? in advance! FunkybananA
Short but helpful! Thanks weasel!
Notajedi
If you have 2.5 and 2.6 et installs, by default xfire finds 2.5 only, so if you play from 2.6 you have to manually find it for xfire just the once.
FunkybananA
Oh, that I didn't know. But still, I only play on 2.55 for now. Not so eager to move on to 2.6b yet, which I did back in my days though
FinZeroX
Oh, that I didn't know. But still, I only play on 2.55 for now. Not so eager to move on to 2.6b yet, which I did back in my days though I thought that 2.55 has some nasty code allowing hackers to gain access over your PC... FunkybananA
Reviving this topic! iamweasel gave me an advice which I thought would work, but didn't . Xfire still tells me that ET is not even installed so it doesn't detect it. Couldn't do it manually either.
FinZeroX
At which point does it stop when detecting manually? It should be easy to check the "Manual detect"-box and browse to the ET.exe.
