Add Seawall Battery and Railgun to NQ servers

Hey, so everyone may have noticed that the NQ servers have quite a few of the old school classic maps? Like Gold Rush and Radar? Why not add Seawall Battery and Railgun? The Silent server has both of those maps, as well as Gold Rush and Radar, I'd love to play those old school ET maps on NQ, I spend quite a bit of time on NQ2 and NQ1
