I use photoshop to animate my pictures. Its pretty much done by keyframing in the animation panel and editing the opacity of the image at each keyframe. Here's a tutorial for the basics of animation in Photoshop, hope it helps. Thanks for the feedback, appreciated and I will take a look at adding a background later on when I'm at my house.

Seagate are unpopular with myself because of the high failure rate in comparison to WD. I have had two fail on me personally and some people seem to have the same problem. As for the processor I was just trying to keep it as close to the bottom end of the budget as possible whilst maximizing performance. Thanks for the feedback on my build, though. -Bullet

The build is overkill (you do not need 16gb of ram or 2x ssd, or in fact that high spec of graphics card). I am extremely proud of building it as I have been interested in computers for 6~ years now but am yet to build one, for myself. will update with some pics soon.

These are some really nice sigs, keep it up. I prefer the second Modern Warfare one by the way; the text on it makes the picture behind seep more in the background subtly. Looks really nice.
