I think your talking about the 30114MU, not MV unless it's just a model I haven't come across a review for yet.
I think your best bet for review is Amazon. I looked around and there are not much in the way of reviews for this model. From what Amazon has listed..all 5 of them were pretty favorable. Cnet might be another option

If your really looking for an All-in-One, I think HP makes some pretty good units. A buddy of mine has this one, wall mounted it and it's like a decent little TV/pc in their guest room.
