Not too sure how many of you have read this before but I like to post it on whatever forums I frequent. I have used this to make configs, colored names, scripts and many other tips for the beginner to the pro.

Enjoy :)

It's cool to re-read some old tutorials and find mistakes :geek:  at least it means you have improved a little bit :)

Another weird exploit is that you'll go a little faster if you face the direction you're going vertically. So if your body is moving upwards as in the start of the jump, move your crosshair a bit upwards. Then as you are coming down, move it a bit down.

false

Vertical motion is ignored when it comes to gaining speed, you could do a superfast circlestrafejump or gammajump with m_pitch = 0 (if you can do it without, that is :P)

Vertical movements *could* be useful only as a way to achieve different speeds in your horizontal motion, but the game engine ignores the vertical component.
