Thread will be moved to help section. Are you installing game as administrator? Right click run as administrator?

The 64 bits system says "For 64 bits system you need to change ET.exe path in Et starter pro.ini." i have already downlaoded the 2.6 patch and full enemy terr. when i try to get to f/a server by clicking patch and start i get this box "Could not patch to your ET directory! Make sure that files are not write protected or in use. Also make sure that directory "version Data" exists in the ET Starter pro directory." I would sure like to start playing again since it has been three weeks since i have. Any good help would be kindly appreciated!!! thx jaw

( I already posted this in setup post -for 64bits system you need to change ET.exe path in ETStarterPro.ini )

PS/you dont need to use et starter pro any more to play at fa servers just connect to any fa server and you gonna download our Main menu inside the game with all servers on it.

ok here you go the new file with the path of ET changed

Go to C:\Program files (x86)\ET Starter Pro\

open ETStarterPro.ini with notepad and select all text (CTRL+A) then delete and copy past the following text:

ETPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\ET.exe
