I've had rattlesnake, sea cucumber/urchin sushi things, snails (escargo). Not a huge fan of snails or urchin, but rattlesnake is pretty good. Tastes like a chewier chicken flavor.

I wouldn't consider anything I've eaten to be truly exotic, but compared to what most people might consider "normal" food, a few somewhat interesting things I've tried were Calamari, Buffalo, and Deer.
Calamari lacked flavor, and the texture sucked. It was like eating hard jello.
Buffalo was good, but I'm used to eating beef from cows.
And deer meat was too gamey for my palate.

I've had Crocodile, Alligator, Kangaroo, Emu, Buffalo, Antilope and.... Haggis
might not be that exotic, but the weirdest food i had...
