Have you heard about it? I read about it on a site likes to make fun of human fails so I didnt try wonder if you have already heard about it and can tell something.

My question is does it have any use, what does it change etc.

If I'm right it's basically every possible setting for your computer (like Control Panel) in one window

Confirm anyone? I've enabled it like 2 years ago, but when I saw it I had no need for it lol.

That's no god mode, that's simply an extended control panel. It does not change anything. Very mysterious and magical.
