Are you trying to set up on local PC or on any gameserver host?

I have a lot of experience on the YCN cPanel.
First of all, select the patch. In this case, that will be 2.60b
Select the mod, that will be ETPro 3.2.6
You now have ETPro 3.2.6 installed. Pick some good config from f.e. google, put it in your etmain and you're good to go
