I will be showing you my settings, that will make your laptop feel like a gaming pc Lets get right into it. Settings--->Video Brightness: All the way up (what I prefer) Aspect Ratio: Widescreen 16:9 Display Mode: Borderless Laptop Power Savings: Disable Field of View: All the way up (What I prefer) Scope detail: High Lens FX: Disable Soft Particles: Disable Advanced video: Global Shadow Quality: Very low Model/Texture Detail:low Shader Detail: Low Effect Detail: Low Multicore Rendering: Disable Anti-Aliasing Mode: None Filtering Mode: Anostropic 2X FXAA Anti-Aliasing: Enable Vertical Sync: Disable Motion Blur: Disable Paged Pool Memory Available: Low And There you have it! I have a laptop that can run most games on Max settings with steady 60FPS, including the likes of GTA V. I would change the title to "Best Insurgency settings for low-end laptops".
