lol Eskimos have too much time on their hands coming up with all those names.

quinyaya - snow mixed with the shit of a lead dog (lead dog feces is clearly different than ordinary dogshit)

hahatla - small packages of snow given as gag gifts (it's what I always wanted! A bag of yellow snow! Eskimo birthday parties suck.)

It's not actually that they sit around coming up with new words for snow. It has to do with their language being polysynthetic in nature. Disparate nouns are incorporated together to form compound words, which in our language ( assuming english is your first language ) would be more equivalent to phrases than single words. Imagine how many short phrases you could fit snow into in english, and if each of these resulted in an individual compound word, it'd probably be more than 100. Not to ruin the magic for you, its still a both funny and cool list. =)

Well I can recall useless trivia maybe. You wouldn't wanna try following me out of a labyrinth. =P

Actually this was covered on QI ( Quite Interesting ), a comedy quiz show on the BBC. Then it came up in an argument several months later so I've managed to retain some of it.
