If you look at the second half of the error message, it says: If game disconnected for invalid referenced PK3 files (after downloading), QUIT your ET and start it again! In case of 'Unknown reason', just wait a few seconds and press RECONNECT. For 'hunk alloc error' increase ET memory, set com_hunkmegs 128. Then start ET and open console using ~ key. Type in console \seta com_hunkmegs 192 Then close ET. Start ET again and join server.
