Valve has finally detailed update 6.86 for Dota 2, following reported leaks earlier this week. Dubbed 'The Balance of Power' update, it ushers in the Arc Warden, a hero you might remember from the original Dota. He's finally made the jump to Dota 2, and as the image above demonstrates, he wields energy in a variety of ways: he can build energy barriers for defence, and even summon duplicates to help out on the field. The Arc Warden is only a small part of what's new in the patch, though.There'sew desert skin and map for Custom games, as well as a host of tweaks to the main competitive map. These include new camps and paths which "may determine whether your return to the fountain is by means of teleportation or from beyond the veil of the dead", according to the patch blog. There's a host of new items, tweaks and graphics options, and there are new stats available in the client as well. Valve continues to hammer Dota 2 Reborn into shape, in preparation for the day when it will consume Dota 2 whole. It's an exciting release—Valve could probably have called it Dota 3 if they didn't have such a crippling fear of that number—but is also missing some key features. Y'know, features like it actually working properly yet. A beta update introduces some more chunks of the base game. Most important is ranked matchmaking, which has now been enabled. Also, you can now complete Compendium Challenges. As Valve notes, "doing so in the Reborn beta gives you 50% more coins." More items are now available in Reborn—including all the Immortal Treasure III contents. "Plus," boasts Valve, "we’ve made a number of other improvements and fixed long list of bugs." I have to say that what comes to ARTS dota 2 is my favoroutie. The way how you can build are pretty limitless. Check it out aswell. http://blog.dota2.com/ introduction to the game If you wouold like to play the game add me on steam my name is Fooled By Stupidity or m4g_ I will give you a beta key and teach you some basics. Hopefully we would get lots of people so someday we could have all kinds of funny tournaments etc. At this point having people to play with would be nice. And remember guys theres no harder game than dota 2. So if you want ARTS to really learn welcome to the frustrating and wonderfull world of dota. Where 1 mistake can cost you 1 hour of work and loose you the game.
