The latest season of The Walking Dead has delivered some of the show's biggest shocks to date, and its return next month is hotly anticipated. A mid-season teaser has now been released, giving fans a glimpse of what to expect. Check it out below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=29&v=7LCLp1o_Nl4 In November it was announced that Negan, the notorious club-wielding villain from the Walking Dead comic books, had been cast and would appear towards the end of the current sixth season. Watchmen star Jeffrey Dean Morgan will take on the role, and is expected to become a series regular in season seven. Although Morgan is not seen in the promo, his character is mentioned by name. In a recent interview with the Telegraph, star Andrew Lincoln spoke about the willingness of the show's writers to kill off long-running, popular characters, and how it affects the other cast members. "When we start filming a season, I don't want to know if anyone's died," he said. "It's a sort of courtesy to the rest of your cast. Even though I'm an actor, I'm a very bad liar. Being sat with people at lunch, and going 'yeah, yeah', and knowing that they were on their way out... I don't think it'd be very helpful to me, or to anyone else. "We have the same reaction as the audience does when someone dies. We feel robbed." The Walking Dead season six returns to AMC on February 14, 2016. Especially for those outside the US, how do you get you're series in, when you can't get Netflix, HBO, Showtime etc.? I usually buy a series season dvd-box, but it's hard to get them right after the season ended. Downloading would be an option I guess, but not realy the most legal and series-makers supporting technique Any tips?

AMC has renewed its zombie drama, The Walking Dead, for a seventh season. It's no surprise the network chose to commission an additional set of episodes, considering it's one of the biggest and most talked about shows currently on television. In addition, the network has re-upped the live after-show The Talking Dead, which airs following the flagship show every Sunday. The Talking Dead is hosted by Chris Hardwick. The show holds onto its title as the #1 series among adults 18-49 for the third year in a row, an impressive factoid that likely influenced the decision to push forward with the serial. Except for its air date of October 2016, there's little we know about that future season, mainly because any info would spoil what's occurring at the moment. However, it has been rumored that comic book baddie Negan is on the cards - possibly with a season six finale cameo - and that he might be played by Mad Men's Jon Hamm. Returning to executive produce next year's season are long-term Dead producers Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, David Alpert, Greg Nicotero and Tom Luse, with Scott Gimple acting as showrunner. The Walking Dead airs Sunday nights on AMC. Source http://www.gamesradar.com/walking-dead-season-7-happening/

If the season 5 finale of The Walking Dead had you on tenterhooks, then feast your eyes on this preview double whammy. After debuting earlier today at San Diego Comic-Con, AMC has posted the latest trailers for both of its zombie series online; The Walking Dead and its prequel-companion show Fear The Walking Dead. The last time we visited Rick's gang of survivors, their cosy set-up at Alexandria was thrown into question as Sheriff Grimes plugged a resident full of lead. It's not the first time Rick's had blood on his hands -- and by the looks of things, it won't be the last. His bloodied-face accompanies a slew of references to a new threat, swirled throughout the trailer. More walkers? Or something worse? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUaxF2gGumU Turning now from the action-packed, gore-soaked trials of TWD to its sister show, where the harrowed faces are switched out for remarkably rested ones. Which is no surprise as Fear The Walking Dead begins right as the virus takes hold across the country in Los Angeles. A small group, led by Kim Dickens and Cliff Curtis, come together to figure out exactly why people aren't staying still when they're shot to bits. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8HJVBrSpMs It might hail from the same creative team, yet the stylistic and thematic approach strikes out on its own. As the cast and crew outlined during the SDCC panel, the emphasis is on family drama - not the incessant threat of becoming a snack. That grisly predicament will of course make itself known to the Californians over time... The Walking Dead returns for a 90-minute season premiere on October 11. Fear The Walking Dead debuts on August 23. Source http://www.gamesradar.com/
